Hello! Please read our terms carefully before using our site, products, or services. This is an agreement between you and SE2M. We’ve included annotations in key sections that are intended to emphasize and explain in plain english our terms and conditions. We strive to be fair and transparent. Please contact us if you need clarification of the terms in this agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our service you agree to our terms.
Welcome to SE2M’s Sites Easy to Manage Service. Your use of the SE2M Service is subject to these Terms of Service. By using the Service, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, or if there is any part of the Terms that you do not understand, do not use the Service.
SE2M and its affiliates reserve the right to revise this agreement from time to time and will always keep a current version on our website. As a courtesy we will attempt to notify you (the Account Holder) of changes in our terms and policies. By continuing to use or access our Services after the revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Any breach of this agreement by you may result in your access to the Services being suspended or terminated with or without notice. As a courtesy we will attempt to issue you warnings if we find that you have breached the contract.
Description Service
We build solutions using trusted third party services.
SE2M provides a variety of streamlined website solutions known as SE2M’s Development Packages. For each Development Package SE2M provides a website planning and development solution coupled with 3RD party Web Builder Service (WBS). Website builders are online tools that allow simple construction and management of a website without manual code editing. SE2M also offers a variety of digital strategy and production services.
Development Process
We provide expertise but you must be responsible for doing your part.
Our process assesses your needs, capabilities, and resources and implements an appropriate development strategy and Web Building Service (WBS) based on your feedback via the SE2M Getting Started Questionnaire.
We provide the SE2M Getting Started Guide which explains our development process, basic digital strategy concepts, and best practices. It is strongly recommended that you read and understands this document. A detailed outline of our process and step by step instructions are provided in the SE2M Getting Started Guide and Planning Document.
The SE2M Planning Document is a key element in our process and is a required document that you must complete and deliver. Delivery of your assets must include a completed Planning Guide as well as adequate assets to complete your website via one of the delivery methods listed in the Getting Started Guide unless otherwise approved in writing by SE2M.
Once you have delivered the Planning Document and assets, we will begin the production of your website. SE2M will NOT begin the production cycle until we have received these materials.
RETAINMENT OF SERVICES
You are retaining our services for a specific purpose and timeframe. We do our part in a timely manner, so we ask you to do the same.
IMPORTANT: Services must be completed within a 4 month development period. We are a streamlined service. Our projects have a production cycle of 2 to 4 weeks. Larger projects have a greater development period and are determined on a project to project basis. We expect you to be prepared and able to deliver the necessary assets to complete a project in an acceptable time frame. As a courtesy we extend the development process for 4 months allowing for extenuating circumstances. However, If you start a project but fail to produce a completed Planning Document or fail to deliver the needed assets for completing your project within the 4 month development window, you will forfeit your rights to a completed project without refund. You may however extend the service agreement.
There are no refunds once the development process has started. The development process begins as soon as you agree to the terms and purchase a development package.
Client Responsibilities
It is the project managers responsibility to collect and supply SE2M with all decision making, relevant content, assets, and act as the go between for your organization and SE2M.
The responsibilities listed in this section are to be your responsibility as the client. SE2M’ performance is predicated upon the following responsibilities being fulfilled by you, the client (i.e. if SE2M does not receive the information and materials by appropriate dates, the project schedule and costs are subject to change)
Unless otherwise documented, SE2M will assume that you, the Account Holder will act as the Project Manager, to whom all communications will be addressed and who has the authority to act for the Account in all aspects of this TOS. SE2M will only respond to the Account Holder’s requests and approvals must be documented in writing or by e-mail.
The responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
Serving as the interface between SE2M’s project team and the Account Holder’s organization and/or third parties participating in this project.
Obtaining and providing information, data, decisions, and approvals in a timely manner, in accordance with the project schedule or production cycle time frame.
Resolve deviations from project plans that may be caused by the Account Holder’s organization or third party involvement.
Help to resolve project issues within the Account Holder’s organization as necessary.
Completion and delivery of the Planning Document and required assets.
IMPORTANT All materials should be clearly labeled, organized, and delivered via approved methods listed in the Getting Started Guide. Assets delivered by email will not be accepted.
